Účelem zakázky je: zabezpečení výcviku vojsk a funkčnosti přístrojů u 13. dp pro plnění úkolů výcviku i mírového života. Předmětem zakázky je: závazek prodávajícího dodat kupujícímu baterie 1,2V, 1,5V, 3V a 6V dle níže uvedené specifikace a převést na něj vlastnické právo k tomuto zboží. Závazek kupujícího za řádně dodané zboží zaplatit dohodnutou kupní cenu.
