Joint Submission Registration

When registering an entity in the NEN system you have to fill out the registration form, which is available for download in the Operational Documentation or below in the Files for Download section, and sign it with a valid guaranteed electronic signature based on a qualified certificate for electronic signatures or a qualified electronic signature.

If you are not sure whether you are already registered in the NEN system, it is possible to check the Contracting Authority Registry.

This type of registration is currently used only by Czech entities and therefore the form is not translated into English. If you are a foreign entity interested in this type of registration, please contact NEN User Support.
